PRICING

Our fees are based on the age of the lien from the date of payoff*.

  • Less Than 10 Years Ago: $225
  • 10 or More Years: $300

*If the payoff date is not known, please add 5 years to the date of the lien and calculate the fee from that date. Recording Fees are not included and should be collected in addition to the Lien Sweeper fee.
